Travel Writing
Sometimes I just can't seem to stay put. Okay, pretty much all of the time. I've lived in six different states which is either the cause of, or reason for, my desire to see new places and travel to faraway lands. As a result, I've had some great experiences both here and abroad. Read about:

Creative Non-Fiction
People often ask: "What is creative nonfiction?" To make a long story short, basically...it just sounds fancier and more important than writing "essays"! But seriously, it describes the expanding class of written work that goes beyond simple documentation of real life events. It is non-fiction written like fiction, with well crafted prose, developed characters, and engaging storylines.
